A book for women who are having relational problems with spouses who are controlling or who put them down. Walks you through the anger and helps you use it to change yourself and your partner.

This was a really enlightening book. It helped me to understand my emotions much better. Harriet Lerner has written some wonderful books on relationships--both to yourself and others.
