The English language is so illogical sometimes. This book will help explain all the strange words. This is a reference book that is very useful and should be in your personal library.

Addictive book! I love finding out about the trivia that makes things work...and the English language's words that seem downright peculiar, even when you find out their origins.

It was very interesting to find out where some of our sayings came from.
