I love this book and am currently following its guidelines for food intake and exercise. I am filling up on high fiber foods and exercising every day and drinking lots of water. This plan works!! It is sensible (like weight watchers) and easy to do but you must (like everything else) be willing to commit to it. You can make simple slow easy changes in your life which makes this program/book really work for me! :) I highly recommend this book to everyone.

This book is an excellent tool for those who want to lose weight or maintain weight. This book was recommended to me by a Nutrionist (with a Ph.D.)and it will show you how to feel full on less calories and how to make the right food choices AND feel satisfied.
