This book was tremendously helpful to me when I first began facing my past and processing the effects childhood abuse had on my adult life. My partner at the time was able to easily find the topics he was interested in; the book is written in question-answer format and divided into categories. It's very easy to navigate, and as always, Laura Davis has done a wonderful job explaining things in a simple way that I find comforting.

A fantastic resource for spouses of survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Recommended.

Great source for those who are dealing with abuse issues. Very helpful to spouses and 'significant others' who too often suffer right along with us, yet are not recognized.

Written by gay author Laura Davis. That info would have been useful prior to my requesting this book previously.
