Book Description:
Lesson #1: Every man loves a mystery.

A scandalous siren called "Ria" has electrified the ton. Every gentleman in London desires her; every woman envies her. And they are all desperate to know the secrets of the tantalizing, seductively beautiful courtesan. All except Justin, the Earl of Baybary. He knows all about Ria. He learned every inch of her tender skin, every taste of her luscious lips...on their wedding night.

Lesson #2: No man can make you lose control...unless you let him.

Though theirs was an arranged marrige, still Victoria surrendered to passion and gave herself to Justin completely. When he left her alone the next morning, she swore she would never again let him into her bed. Now, though she has other reasons for returning to the city, she enjoys tormenting Justin, letting him see the way other men lust for her. But keeping herself from him is such exquisite torture...and forgiveness will lead to an ecstasy unbelievably divine.

Really disappointed with this book. The "hero" (I use the term loosely) was a cad. I am still confused as to why we were supposed to root for him. He married (against his will), deflowered his wife, and then left her. Now years later, he's back in London after a life of debauchery on the Continent to find his wife is a courtesan. What really gets me is his possessiveness of her. It seems stupid and out of place. Then he forces his way into her life because she is HIS wife....anyway I hated this book.

It is rare that I don't like a romance novel, but this one ended up really disappointing me. The male hero is so terribly unlikeable that it was hard for me to wish for a happy ending.

A great read. I loved the heroine. The hero needed some work. But it was a great read, with a nice ending.

Fast paced - fun !!
have to fill in the blanks a bit - but gives you the opp to understand the character's choices as you choose.
