This book was extremely helpful to me during perimenopause. I found myself crying at inappropriate times, snapping at people who didn't deserve, not remembering the littlest things and unable to focus or even speak coherently at times. I absolutely thought I was losing my mind.

This book helps to delve into what is actually going on and offers suggestions in the way of nutritional supplements that I can truly say helped me cope. I recommend any one who has severe PMS and is in their young thirties and up consider reading this book and trying many of the suggestions offered. This saved my marriage, job and sanity!

This book is packed full of information for those that are right before or starting the journey through menopause. I would recommend it to anyone that would like more information regarding the many herbs and medicines available to choose from to make it easier to handle the various symptoms of menopause.

This is a good book, except it wasn't what I was really looking for. Great for nutrition issues, and herbal help.
