This is the second book in a series about Rose Wilder Lane, daughter of Laura Ingalls Wilder. The book was written by Rose's honorary grandson.

An okay book. It follows Laura Ingalls Wilder's travels after she marries and has a kid. No where near as good as the books actually written by her, but worth the read for a die-hard Laura fan.
