Lauren G. (Simple but too simple. Good but not great. Worth the read if there is time.
a good look at anorexia. Story a little simple. Great afterwood by the author.

When she starts something, whether it's a drawing or her homework, she will not stop until it is totally finished. This time, she has started to diet. And Leslie finds herself becoming obsessed, getting thinner and thinner, until she is forced to realize that her quest for perfection is killing her."
There's quite a bit of fiction out there about anorexia and this is one of the most realistic. The main character reminds me of so many teenage girls I know, it's a little scary. Finalist for the American Book Award.
