Kendra H. (Claidi is about to marry her love when she is whisked away again by people from her past. They take her miles and months from her love and everything she was happy with and put her in a new house with a man who won't even give her the time of day.
This is a great book series. A wonderful mixture of Fantasy and Sci-Fi. The world Claidi knows is full of places with no technology and places created around technology. Wonderful!
More of the same excellence from Tanith Lee. The story of the escaped slave continues.
