This book helped get me motivated and lose 30+ pounds. Dr. Smith's approach is sensible and the recipes included are more than helpful.
Poorly edited, found a few contradictions.
A simple and easy to follow eating program from the doctor on Celebrity Fit Club.
Finally a system that works! I lost 10lbs in the first 3 weeks!
