Book Description:
As the illegitimate son of Diego Fuentes, Ian Richards faces danger at every turn. Neither his father nor his fellow Navy SEALs knows which side he's fighting for--or against. Which is exactly how the game must be played…...until Agent Porter enters the picture.

Kira Porter, undercover agent for the Department of Homeland Security, shadows Ian on his journey. She thinks she can see the real man beneath Ian's bad-boy exterior...…but the ever-elusive Ian keeps her guessing at every turn. Is his goal to protect the Fuentes cartel from French terrorists? Or to do his father in for good? The only thing Kira does know is that her attraction to Ian is a time-bomb waiting to explode. With time running out on the Fuentes mission, she and Ian are drawn ever closer to the edge of desire--and even closer into the line of fire…....

Guess I'm going to be a dissentor- but I just couldn't get into this. I've liked several of her other ones... The characters just weren't very likeable to me, and the H seemed like a jerk. I liked the fact that the h was a strong woman. I don't mind steamy sex, but I like a better character relationship to go with it. The sex scenes actually got boring to me because they seemed repeatative! But, as you can see, others did not agree!

Not my favorite of the series -- as others have said, you don't quite connect with the characters as much as some of the others in her series. An ok read but not a MUST read as soon as possible. Liked Nathan's story so much better.

this is the first book I read by Lora Leigh and I must say I could not even finish it. The whole story was so rediculous and the main male character was a the sterotypical bruting, oversexed male. Ms Leigh borrowed every obvious formula to write this junk. YUK

Former Seal, Ian Richards is off on a secret assignment to corral (and possibly kill) his father Diego Fuentes, the premier drug lord who captured and for 18 months tortured Ian's friend and fellow SEAL Nathan. This is the long and involved tale of Ian's revenge against his father and a terrorist who was also involved. Kira Porter, his love interest and also a secret operative, is the only one holding him back. This is a great book with lots of steamy submissive (Kira) sex and scary adventures. As tortured and tormented as Ian is, he is a wonderfully developed character and Kira is amazing. Lora Leigh sure can write 'em!

This was a LONG book to get through. One where I actually think there might have been a little too much sex in it. But, it was an enjoyable story.

Love, love, LOVE this entire series! Can't wait for the next one. I think it's the best she has written as far as main-stream goes. Lora Leigh amazes me with how she can draw a reader in. Yeah--it gets a little dirty and nasty (nope, not complaining, not me! but she knows how to thread a story, too. Don't miss this series!

These books just keep getting better. Ms.Leigh knows how to make an Alpa Male, without making the heroine look weak and helpless. Lots of suspense, and hot hot hot!!I have the entire series(keepers)and look forward to Macey's story.
