Karen H. (This book is one of the older Rosamunde Pilcher books - 1973. It's a typical Pilcher read: Young widow with 2 children longs for a simpler life by the sea and reconnects with an old flame. I enjoyed it, but know what to expect by now when reading this author. It's a quick read and very pleasant. It's always like coming home a little when I read a book by Rosamunde Pilcher.
I have enjoy this as much as I have enjoyed her other books. She is a good read!
