Kinda hard to follow but results are quick.
This is a great book if you are trying new ways to lose weight. There are recipes and plans in it. Very interesting.

This book is an easy read and provides recipes and charts. I lost 20 pounds!

This is not my type of diet. I just couldn't stick with it. Once I read the first chapter, it was all over for me!
