I could not put this book down. Two boys unite in life and try to make it day by day in the unstable home of there mother. She has undiagnosed mental disease and it is almost unbearable to live int eh home. ONe brother decides to kill her while the other looks the other way..I did not know one chapter to the next how i felt about htese boys and what they did in the end. Even after the ending I want to know what is happening in their life today and hope they are recieving the help there mother never got!!!

It is hard to believe that a mother could be so cruel. Interesting book that delves into the depths of madness.

This story is a horrifying example of how children can turn against a parent after years of mental abuse. It gives a background of the principal characters from earliest childhood, thus giving the reader an insight into the ultimate conclusion.
This book is the author's first.

This book was hard to put down. This was a horrific but sad story. If only someone had stepped in and gotten the mom some help.
