Part of the Marconi Sisters. I would highly suggest reading all of them.
The best plumber in California, Michaela "Mike" Marconi likes to keep her romances short, sweet, and to the point. Her friends think she's just out for a good time, but she has reasons for carefully avoiding relationships with a future. Romance, though, is the last thing on Mike's mind when she meets Lucas Gallagher. Unfortunately, he pushes all of her buttons in a way no man has. But when he learns the truth about her past, Mike is sure he'll be the one moving on.
A heartfelt story of real love, dreams, and trying to stay a step a head of fate.

Mike is sure he'll be the one moving on. Lucas might know a lot about women, but he left the "relationships" to his twin brother. Michaela aka "Mike" infuriates him as much as she entices him. They quickly go from bickering to bed partners, but neither of them is looking for happily ever after. Until Fate steps in when both of their worlds are turned upside down by disaster, secrets and revelations. Suddenly Lucas and Mike only have each other to lean on- but will either of them take a chance on A Crazy Kind of Love?

The Marconi sisters is a great series. This one is about Michaela (Mike) the plumber (all the girls are in construction related jobs) She has trouble accepting that Lucas (a brainy scientist) has bought the land she wanted to build a home on and then both of them have family emergencies that bring them together to support each other.
A delightful example of 2 people with one vision.
The third in the trilogy of Marconi sisters. The best plumber in California, Michaela (Mike) likes to keep her romances short, sweet, and to the point. Her friends think she's just out for a good time, but she has reasons for carefully avoiding relationships with a future. Then she meets Lucas Gallagher, who buys the land she had planned to build on. She can't help making suggestions about his home and the conversations get heated.
Very good reading. Lots of story content and it was very difficult to put the book down once I began.
This was a very good book. It is the second in a series of three about the Marconi sisters. Very enjoyable book!
