Lots of information about everything in the zero-to-two age range. The chart "Childhood Illnesses at a Glance" near the end is especially helpful (I guess that, like Marge Simpson, I have a subscription to "Fretful Mother" magazine). Most of the book is in columns, making it easy to find things, and because of its size it stays open on a table by itself, nice if your hands are occupied, for some reason or another.

This is an excellent resource for parents. It's very comprehensive, easy to read, and well-organized. You can find just about any baby/toddler related topic in here. I use this book more often than other similar books that I have.

The ESSENTIAL guide to children under two, this book discusses everything from breastfeeding/bottle feeding with love, babywearing, sleep issues, development of a child, physical concerns such as illnesses, etc. This book is a wonderful alternative to the popular "what to expect" series which has numerous instances of medical misinformation in them. Dr Sears and his wife, an RN, have successfully raised numerous children and taught many parents in the pediatric practice.

The quintessential "attachment parenting" book. Lots of good advice for moms and dads of kids age 2 and under.

This is a great resource full of medically and experientially backed advice and information. It's well organized so you can find tips to help in the middle of a sleep deprived night. Very useful and easy to read!

We love all of Dr. Sears books. They are very helpful and we used them as a constant reference when our 3 boys were small.
