Linda G. (American Elizabeth McPherson, doctoral student in forensic anthropology, is getting married anyway so why not plan a large formal wedding in just 5 weeks? If she isn't married to Scottish fiance by then, he gets to go to Queen Elizabeth's Garden Party and she doesn't. But five weeks isn't long and it doesn't help when a local widow receives the ashes of her husband--who died 3 years ago.
