Book Description:
Matt Mantrell had discovered the gift of poetry in a place where it worked magic. He won fame and power, but as a commoner, he could not marry his true love. Book two in the series, this story takes place 3 years after the first. Matt learns the hard way about saying things in anger in this book, as he is held to his 'oath' to remove an evil King or die trying! All for the love of his Queen. This story continues the series wonderfully, and I look forward to book 3!

scrolled runes on a scrap of parchment had whisked Matt Mantrell to a world where reciting verse worked magic..there he won fame, power==and the heart of beautiful Queen alisande..But then matt learned that her couldn't marry his true love since he is only a commoner..matt rallied against fate..he is now on a quest to win himself a kingdom..he wants to go against an evil,vile man of magic..is his heart large enough to win himself a crown when he is a commoner with not as much magic as the evil one..
