Book Description:

Truly one of my "top ten" books. It is complex, entertaining, mysterious, with great characters, puzzles, love stories, etc. You'll love it!

Judy M. (Interesting, and loaded with historical info, but very difficult to follow. Not a book I would recommend to a friend, unless they understood chess very well and had an excellent knowledge of the French Revolution.

Loved it! Couldn't put it down until the end. Full of adventure and twists for the intelligent, likeable female heroines with a smidgen of romance.
A complicated but intersting storyline...A mystery with a lot of history thrown in. Sometimes hard to get through.
