A horrific but fascinating look at immigration and slavery. Modern issues written by an expert mystery/crime author.

The main character, Jane, was a woman who showed that she was human like everyone else when confronted with motherhood. She was a good cop and made the story more enjoyable. The tension throughout the book kept you turning the pages to see how it would all turn out.

Great book! Fast paced plot about sex slaves being smuggled into the USA post 9/11. Great mystery. Edgar nominated book. Couldn't put it down!

This was my least favorite out of the series, but I still enjoyed it. I read the entire 6 book series in 2 months.

A nameless woman was just another body at the morgue until she opened her eyes....
I loved this book. The pregnant detective Jane Rizzoli who is taken hostage kept me worrying about her throughout the drama.
