Eight years ago she left sleepy Possum Landing, TX and her boyfriend Gage with just a note and headed to the Big Apple. Coming back to close up and sell her grandmother's house, she never expected to see Gage as the Sheriff and find herself at gunpoint during a bank robbery! Kari returns to Possum Landing, TX from the world of high fashion modeling in NY only to walk into a bank robbery her first day back in her hometown. She'd left behind heartthrob sheriff Gage Reynolds & now sees him again 8 years later while a gun is pointed to her head. He has hometown girls chasing him but has he gotten over the pretty little girl next door & has she gotten over him?
