Available for the first time in over a decade, two classic novels of heartwarming romance from #1 New York Times bestselling author Nora Roberts
Song of the West
The towering mountains and windswept plains called to her. But she'd never intended to stay forever -- until Jake Tanner stirred her emotions like a summer tornado and made it impossible for her to leave. But no man was going to seduce Samantha Evans to give up her dreams. Even a cocky cowboy who made her blood go hot . . .
Her Mother's Keeper
She'd left town a starry-eyed innocent headed for the big city. Now Gwen Lacrosse returned home a savvy, sophisticated woman. But her mother's maddening new boarder enticed her as no one had before. Luke Powers was reputed to be an expert in both words and women -- and soon he was turning Gwen's cool reason into something else entirely . . .

"Song of the West" was just ok, "Her Mother's Keeper" was one of the worst Nora stories I've ever read.

A bargain as this contains two of Nora's early books reissued in one!
Song of the West takes you to Wyoming and a romance between a city girl and a rancher.
Her Mother's Keeper takes place in the south where Gwen goes to help save her mother from an unsavory author! It turns out to be not quite what she expected.

I enjoyed this book very much. Of course....I may be biased...I just LOVE nora roberts! She is an amazing author and she has never let me down (Other than the fact that she doesn't write as fast as I read and I caught up with her a few years ago!)
Two short novels in one. Song of the West Samantha Evans, who has moved to Wyoming to help her sister. She meets cowboy Jake Turner and makes it impossible to leave. Her Mother's Keeper features Gwen Lacrosse who has taken a leave of absence from her NYC job to remove author, Luke Powers, from her mother's life. Then she falls in love...

A fun quick read of two of Nora Roberts early series romances, now packaged together. She knows how to entangle her heroines in a romatic mess and then rescue them, deliciously.
