Hazel W. (Who would want to kill ordinary guy Arnie Meister? Reporter and small-towm sleuth Merry Kramer was on the trail of the supposed killer when she uncovered more murder suspects than she ever thought possible--an ex-wife, an ex girlfriend, and suspicious business associates. Nothing adds up.
But with Merry embroiled in the story, danger wasn't far behind. And those she thought trustworth--even charming Curt Carlyle- might not be who they seem....
Her three books (Caught in the Middle, Caught in the Act and Caught in a Bind) are being reissued. I read the first two when they were originally published -- now I'm re-reading them again.
Her fourth book (Caught Red-Handed) is a new one in the series and I can't wait to read it!
Wholesome book, excellent storyline, good mysteries, and not everything works out in the end -- just like life.
Highly recommend this author and these books!
