This is an exiting romance set in the middle of a war against drug runners. The entire military base is made up of confident, aggressive women. They banded together because the military was so doubtful that a woman had the abilities needed to fly helicopters in a war situation. In drops Major Dane York, who had trained and belittled many of them. He changes his attitude after seeing the expertise at this all-woman base. Then, the romance develops between Dane and Maya. Believable development of attachment, exciting adventure and good secondary characters make this a romance that stands head and shoulders above the rest.
