Book Description:
When April Shelnutt and former sheriff Kurt Muldoon plant seeds of speculation in the minds of some matchmaking church ladies, the good folks of Wileyville, Kentucky, are in for a lesson in life, love, and minding your own business!

Sheriff Kurt Mulldoon had moved to a home out of town to get away from meddling townspeople and attractive women, but one of each was standing on his front porch.

It seemed ninety-year-old Miss Cora, his house's previous owner, had convinced the one woman who piqued Kurt's fancy, April Shelnutt, to take her for a visit. And not long after they arrived, Cora suffered an injury — to her backside.

Kurt's neighborly duty meant he'd offer his help, and let them into his home. But he wasn't letting April into his heart, no matter how pretty — and right — she looked standing in his doorway.

This was a good book and a fast read! April and Kurt both have secrets that have hurt them in the past which are keeping them from being together, even though they have feelings for one another. A sweet little old lady named Miss Cora changes all that. She shows them both how to get past their hurt and “bloom” together. It’s a really sweet story...

It was love at first sight when Matt Whitaker opened his door to see a baby in his brother's arms-Matt's nephew, Danny, abandoned by his heartless high-society mother. And then Danny's father was killed in an accident, and Matt, an ill-prepared bachelor, vowed before God to love and protect this child as his own. Dannny's mother, Leah Hunter, had been desperately searching for her baby for eight years-every since his father snatched him. At last, a clue leads her to the small town of Rosewood, Texas...and her son's guardian
