I think this was probably the most enjoyable Love Inspired romance I have read so far, and I've read a lot of them!

I really liked this book. I was a bit iffy because I am not religious-religious, but was intrigued by the book description. There is faith, but they don't beat you over the head with it and actually reassures you that strong faith doesn't involve not having a fun, real life. And it was a nice, clean book too----I am so bored with the same ol'-same ol' sex scenes and authors who use swear words instead of intelligent dialogue.

Cute book, well worth reading!

A cartoon character is ruining my love life!

Yes, it's true. I'm the voice of Maggy Hoot, the wisecracking owl from the hit animated series Arborville. And as soon as any cute or eligible or even breathing guy realizes what I do for a living, the relationship is over before it's started.

I'm actually Lindy Edwards, a smart, educated woman who would really like to get past the third date with a nice Christian man without having to give a hoot-owl impersonation. Is that too much to ask?

It's not often that a Love Inspired book really grabs me, but this one sure did! A+

Maggy is the voice of the wisecracking owl.Everyone she dates connects her to her character. A big shot fron the network shows up, they seem to hit it off, but is he trying to cancel the show. He also has as much faith in God as she does.

A young woman is the voice of a character in an animated series, is there any man out there who will not ask her to play the character and take her seriously?

Surprise, surprise -- I loved this book! I don't usually read Love Inspired, but I laughed out loud and loved the fact that the book wasn't preachy. Yes, there is faith involved, but the author didn't beat you over the head with it. I liked both the main characters and even found myself getting fond of some of the others even though they were slightly messed up(because aren't we all?)
All in all, a good story, a quick read & one of the more enjoyable Love Inspired books I've tried.
