Book Description:
"What is it with you and murder victims?"

When Drew Scoonew asks the questions, Teddi Bayer listens. Her latest decorating job for a restaurant spoiled by a murder, Ms. Bayer might just have to submit to the detective's line of interrogation.

With a mafia don who's a little too interested in our crazed housewife, it seems as if everyone's got their eye on the long island spitfire. Observe the Botoxed mother who can still wound at thirty feet with just a look and a daughter whose bat mitzvah is a disaster in the making.

If teddi can't save herself, then the dreamy detective slowly putting the screws to her is the bext best thing. But she's got questions of her own. Like, where are the handcuffs, anyway?

Teddy's decorating a restuarant this time and as usual, a dead body shows up! Again she's crossing paths with the police and dealing with her exhubby and her daughter's bat mitzvah(?) that's a disaster in the making along with a mafia don showing up and her mother flirting with him...detective dreamboat there as usual. I enjoy this series and this is the 3rd 'big' book and could probably be read alone but I like it as part of the series read in order.

This is another great Mittman story. The lady in this book always finds trouble. If you like a good comical mystery you will love this book.

Teddi Bayer is once again involved when a body is found and "helps" to find who did the murder.

I enjoy this series. This is a fun, light mystery with a touch of romance. Very funny, too.
