Since a friend recommended reading Stuart Woods I have enjoyed the 2 I have read, including this one. If you are sailing buff you will enjoy this book. If you are not, like me, you will still enjoy it. It has enough action and suspense to keep any reader going. This story involves Will Lee getting involved with the "troubles" in Ireland and with sailing.
The cover is not the same as the one shown.

I really did enjoy this book... if nothing else to lay the foundation for future Will Lee books. Some of the sailing stuff was rather dry to me, but if you are part of that world, I think you would enjoy this even more!

Run Before the Wind is Stuart Woods’ second novel. Will Lee’s family is introduced in Woods’ first novel, Chiefs. Lee is a young man who is off for adventure in Ireland, but gets more than he set out for. It is a book about sailing and a young man finding out who he is.

Stuart Woods’ books are best if read in order. His characters often make appearances in books even if they are not about them.
