Book Description:

Dave Robicheaux's friend, Dixie Lee Pugh, needs his help. Robicheaux helps a friend and ends up a murder suspect. Good story

Another great Dave Robicheaux romp...only this time Dave, Alafair, Clete and an assorted group spend most of the book in Montana's tribal lands. As usual Dave's got to battle his enemies, his friends and himself. You'll love it.

One of my favortie mystery authors. If you love the deep south, most of his books will never fail to please those who also love mysteries. He knows how to give you just the right amount of description of the area as well as plenty of action.

Marilyn A. (Early Dave Robicheaux mystery set in New Orleans. And absolute MUST read for any fan of James Lee Burke's wonderful detective series'.
This book has a small tear in rear cover and one in spine. Still very readable.

Ex-Homicide Cop from New Orleans is now running a Bait Shop and Boat rental in New Iberia, LA. The problem is someone keeps getting him involved in solving a crime. Usually a crime that threatens his life and that of his family. In this book he goes to Montana to find the answers he needs.
