The fantasy continues in what I believe is the best book yet in the Indian series, but you must have read the previous three to understand.

When Omri put away the cupboard and theminiature figures he had brought to life in The Secret of the Indian he vowed it would be forever. But now Omri has discovered an old journal written by his "wicked" great-great-aunt that reveals the secret of the cupboard and its magic-a secret so powerful he must break his promise to himself and open the magic cupboard once more.

The fourth book in the series begun by The Indian in The Cupboard. A neat addition to the story.

My 8 year old and I have been reading the series and this is our least favorite. While it does tell the history of the key it didn't have the adventure of the other books.
