This book is to help stimulate you'r baby ,but is written alot like a medical text, it goes into babies who weren't pick up or nutured during infancancy and other studies. My daughter found it to disturbing to read during her pregnancy,I think it might have more value for someone who works with small children ,than a pregnant mom .
