another great book by klepas. I really enjoyed the male lead in this one, i thought the female lead was not as strong. This is the sequel to Lady Sophia's lover--Sophia's brother Nick Gentry.

First Sentence:
As was his long-standing habit, Nick entered Gemma's private suite without knocking.
Sequel to: Lady Sophia's Lover
I sometimes get impatient with the whole "I can't be happy because of my tortured past" plot, and in this novel it applies to both the main charaters. That being said, Nick and Lottie are both likeable characters, the romance was steamy, and it was nice to see Ross and Sophia again!

I loved this book. Charlotte was a sheltered kept woman who was "purchased" as a child. The man who finally found this runnaway woman turns out to be her champion.

This was a RITA award winner. (Personally, I never found it so great--I detest characters with pet nicknames--Lottie? Give me a break.)

the sequel to Lady Sophia. I liked this book better than Sophia. I thought both characters were well drawn, and Nick's internal battles were very interesting and realistic. A very good book by an author I love.
