Becky is back in book 3 of the shopaholic series and she is...gasp.... getting married!!!! And as usual Becky's "maybe-if-i-just-bury-my-head-in-the-sand-this-might-go-away" approach to her life's biggest problems gets her into trouble once more....and this time; as one would imagine; with the amount of effort and emotion on behalf of many(especially family members)that goes into planning a wedding, the situation Becky gets herself into this time is a full blown crisis!!! And what's more, is she is being forced to make a choice between the things she loves most --- posh matierial things (her shopaholic side) or her not so posh family (whom she loves dearly of course) And to make matters worse the evil mother-in-law-to-be gets involved and ends up right in the middle of the whole mess..Becky knows that as the date of her wedding draws nearer that she needs to make a decision before she ends up hurting the people she loves the most..... But Becky isnt going to let anyone else take charge of her once in a lifetime chance at having the wedding she has always dreamed of....or more appropriatly said: the weddings she has always dreamed of.... An excellent read from beginning to end...will leave you begging for more!!!

I loved it. Becky gets married, and in true Becky fashion manages to throw some curveballls into her own wedding plans, but comes out on top. Just a great laugh-out-loud read. I have loved all of the shopaholic books.

This was decent if only because of Luke's mother. Otherwise, another drama mama story about Becky Bloomwood and her (sob, sob) uncontrollable desire to please everyone while trying to attain the most fabulous wedding (Luke's mother's) money could buy.

What can I say about the Shopaholic Series that hasn't already been said. You fall in love with the characters as they adventure throughout planning the perfect wedding. This is possibly my favorite of the series.

Life has been good for Becky Bloomwood: She's become the best personal shopper at Barney's, she and her successful entrepreneurial boyfriend, Luke, are living happily in Manhattan's West Village, and her new next door neighbor is a fashion designer! But with her best friend, Suze, engaged, how can Becky fail to notice that her own ring finger is bare? Not that she's been thinking of marriage (or diamonds) or anything...
Then Luke proposes! Bridal registries dance in Becky's head. Problem is, two other people are planning her wedding: Becky's overjoyed mother has been waiting forever to host a backyard wedding, with the bride resplendent in Mum's frilly old gown. While Luke's high-society mother is insisting on a glamorous, all-expenses paid affair at the Plaza. Both weddings for the same day. And Becky can't seem to turn down either one. Can everyone's favorite shopaholic tie the knot before everything unravels?

Don't take it lightly! Just set up a time when nobody will bother you and dive in! You will not be able to put this book down, just like any other book in this series or any book by Sophie Kinsella!

Very good book! Same light hearted nature as the other books in the Shopaholic series! Very well written and very uplifting story.
