I found this to be an overly simplistic view of illness. Getting rid of yeast may do your body a lot of good, but I don't see how it is a cure-all.
A cure-all would be something like "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Weston A. Price, which discusses nutrition in a comprehensive fashion and what we modern people are doing to ourselves with what we eat. I think that if we solve that, the yeast will take care of itself.

This is an incredibly thorough book filled with ideas on how to reduce symptoms. FYI: Many people don't know they have yeast infections because they mistakenly think that yeast infections are limited to female genitalia. Not so-- yeast infections can be in almost any part of your body. You must read this book if youve been to the doctor and he/she can't figure out what's wrong with you!

This book is the definitive work for anyone looking for information on the yeast connection. I happened across this book many years ago and it was helpful in getting me on the road to wellness. In the back of the book is a list of doctors that specialize in treating yeast which I found to be invaluable. This book is great.
