good book for kids and fun to read
I will send this with 2 other books as well (The Berenstain Bears Trouble at School and The Berensain Bears and Too Much Junk Food) for 1 credit.
An excellent book for teaching children about stranger danger. It helps children understand dangers of being too friendly and trusting of strangers, but also that not all strangers are bad. "Most folks are friendly and nice and wouldn't hurt a fly. But you have to be careful, just in case." It also explains that a person cannot be judged on appearance with the illustration that apples that may look bad on the outside be good on the inside and vice versa.

A good introduction to concepts of "stranger danger" for small children. Not enough about what to do (tell - and who to tell, yell, run) if kids find themselves in scary situations with strangers, but still a good start.
I think that this is a must for all Parents with Kids. Covers strangers in a non threatening way that really appeals and gets through to kids on levels they can understand.
