Herbie Fisher, Esquire is back! Stone's loser acquaintance, Herbie Fisher, is back, this time with a mail-order law degree, and he wants to sue Mafioso Dattila the Hun. Bodies are flying everywhere. Stone Barrington solves two mysteries in his usual debonaire manner. One of the better recent Stone Barrington novels, this one will have you laughing at the witty repartee.
I love Stuart Woods's books espeically the Stone Barrington series this is another great read in this series. Very funny and all in all a terrfic read. I highly recommend this book.
Stuart Woods is one of my favorites, and this is definitely his best so far. It's the usual suspense, murder and mayhem. Loser Herbie Fisher is one of the main characters in this one, and it's pretty funny. This has no dull moments whatever, a fun ride.
Stone embarks on his most dangerous adventure yet when a chance encounter with the wrong man sends him straight into the heart of New York's Mafia underworld. (From dust jacket)
This is another Barrington goody. Hanging out on a sunny afternoon with Stone is one of life's little pleasures! :o)
First Stuart Woods book I have read...its OK, but a little too much dialogue for my liking
