Another of Lawrence Sanders good book.
A gripping murder mystery involving an insurance investigation.

Insurance investigator Dora Conti must decide whether to honor the Starrett family's claim, a family whose empire is ripe with scandal, corruption, addiction, adultery. Her search for the truth takes a startling and passionate turn when Dora herself falls into temptation...

Adultry, greed and murder....what more does a good suspense need? Great read. You can't put it down.
