Parker's detective hero, Spenser, does it again. Scary.
From back cover:
Her name is Lisa St. Claire. Her husband's a cop. Her whereabouts are unknown. Spenser thought he could help a friend find his missing wife... until he learned the nasty truth about Lisa S. Claire.
For starters, that's not her real name.

Parker is Parker and Spenser is Spenser, and ever the twain shall greet the reader with mystery and humor, violence and philosophy. An interlude of entertainment for the literate.
