Another awesome installment of the life of New York's finest and her husband. The identity of the killer came as a shock.

Kelly J. (I love powerful Lt. Eve Dallas and how the complex New York City crimes are solved. If you don't wanna bite her husband, don't read these books! Nora Robert's best writing is as JD Robb in this "In Death" series of some 30+ stories to date. I collect all of the JD Robb books, but skip the Roberts, whose stories are not as tight as those about Lt. Eve Dallas - ass kicker! If the future of New York is like this, I fear these futuristic killers who are sneaky and complex.
love all of her books by her name of J.D. Robb have finally collected all of them and now have stqarted at the first one and reading all of them again.

Robin M. (Detective Eve Dallas must solve the murder of a cop found bludgeoned to death in an uptown strip club. Great addition to this series which just gets better and better.
This was a page turner. trying to figure out who the killer is makes it almost impossible to put down.
Another great J.D. Robb book. I love the interaction between Eve Dallas and husband Roarke. The other characters come alive also.

This whole series is great....this one kept me up to all hours of the night trying to figure out how Eve would catch her killer....a real page turner for sure.
