This book took me awhile to get used to. This is the last book I have read in the China Bayles series and consists of about 10 short mystery stories starring China. Since I am used to reading a long and involved book (and loving them) it was a bit of a shock to finish one story in half an hour. But once I had read a couple I found that I was really enjoying the book and finding that maybe reading this book after you've read some of the regular series could be a good thing in that you will be familiar with the cast and their histories. Don't miss it!

Great short stories with China Bayles. Typical inclusion of recipes, etc. Recommended if you're a China fan.
