Juliet Applebaum tries to solve a murder to ensure that she'll get the first bid on some prime real estate. Cute read, and Waldman also manages to weave in a subplot about eating disorders and the perils of motherhood along the way.

This series gets better and better. Juliet must find a house for her explanding family. The perfect one contains a dead body.
