Murder, humor, and south Florida seniors are just a few words to describe this short novel. Nothing deep about this book. If you want a fun and silly read give this book a try. Take it with you when you visit the pool or beach.

When the founder of the yoga institute Kate Kennedy attends is murdered at a special dinner, the senior sleuth investigates -- and finds that all was not as she thought. This is the second in the series and isn't as good as the first.

Second in the series. I didn't like this one as much as the first, but it was still pretty good, if a bit ridiculous. Kate Kennedy is very likeable and the writing is well done. The plot of this one was just rather silly.

I enjoyed this and will be looking for more in the series. Kate Kennedy and her husband retired and moved to Florida. He drops dead the day they sign the papers on the condo so Kate is alone. She gets involved in yoga classes and her Swami turns up dead. How is he involved with the the organization called Life Preserver? Who killed Swami Swartz? How he was involved with the restaurant owner, the beautiful yoga student, the handsome doctor? And who did it????
Mystery among the geriatric set - though they certainly don't see themselves that way!
Brenda H. (A fun read featuring a mature sleuth in a Florida setting.
Rosemary G. (Cute new cozy series set in Florida and featuring a retired and recently widowed woman and her best friend and her Westie.
