I love Dean Koontz so my opinion may be a little biased. He writes a very satirical letter following this novel replying to people who were highly offended by the subject. This should make you want to read this book without further detail. But in essence it is a battle between evil and good.

In this book Koontz's writing skill put you almost there. This book is a real page turner and truly enjoyed reading it.

Good story with a great bad guy. The afterward from the author is hillarious.

A husband and wife still in mourning five years after their son's death find a reason to go on living when a car accident nearly claims both of their lives--and does claim the husband's for an hour. After his resuscitation, Hatch finds himself mysteriously linked to a terrifying murderer.
