Book Description:
Sink your fangs into Lora Leigh's series about genetically altered humans with feline DNA. When the Breeds desire the passions of the flesh, they can't help but get frisky...

Harmony Lancaster is of the Lion Breed, created to be a huntress with a thirst to kill. But the way she seeks justice outside of the law makes her a liability to her own kind. Yet she also possesses information that they need on the existence of the first Leo—who holds the precious secrets of desire.

To save her life, Harmony is paired with Sheriff Lance Jacobs, who tries to tame the killer within her, while protecting the gentle woman he longs to possess. But a dangerous cult leader, bent on destroying the Breeds, could change the way Lance looks at Harmony forever...

Even though I rated them the same (3.5 stars), Harmony's Way was worse than Megan's Mark as far as the romance is concerned. I did not care about Lance and Harmony at all. I didn't get to know who Lance was and Harmony is supposed to be the best there is that she is nicknamed "Death", but once Lance steps into the picture, she becomes a meek, weak-willed woman who cries all the time. The sex scenes were so numerous and repetitive, that I just skimmed right through them. The only thing that kept my interest was the plot. I enjoy reading the politics of the breeds and what might happen with their future. I really hope the next few books get better or I may have to put this series to bed.

Good God, what a piece of ...! I am by no way squeamish, but the sex scenes were on par to some porn I've read on the 'net. Poor plotline, characters were uni-dimensional and boring. Could not take it anymore after page 195 out of 312.

This is the follow up to Megan's Mark. It brings together Harmony, a breed otherwise known as "Death" as she is a stone cold killer & Lance, the sherrif in the town she gets sent to as punishment. They meet at a bar & it is an instant attraction as he will become her mate. This book starts off hot & really never stops with the heat. It is action packed & has a great story as we learn more about the breeds & the First Leo-the first breed created. We meet alot of new characters & of course Megan & Braden are back too. Can't get enough of this series & looking forward to the next one, Tanner's Scheme. Enjoy!

Breeds series story. Harmony Lancaster, of the Lion Breed, has been created to be a huntress with a thirst to kill. But the way she seeks justice outside of the law makes her a liability to her own kind. Yet she also possessed knowledge of the first Leo...who holds the precious secrets of desire. Harmony is captured by her brother and paired with Sheriff Lance Jacobs and is told to stay within the law for the next six months, or else. Little does she know she and Jacobs have been paired because DNA tests show they will experience the mating heat, which may be the only way to tame Harmony...and Jacobs may be the only one who can save her from the cult determined to wipe out all Breeds.

A fast-paced, sensual roller coaster. Did not want to put it down and am ordering all the other many books in the series.

This is the 2nd book of this story. You should read Megans Msrk first then you will understand the story. Lora Leigh is a tell like it is when it comes to the sex. So if you are not into reading stories that have some spice in them. Then I wouldnt read this one... The book is new only has been used once...

Another female feline who is reluctant to submit to the mating heat. Her human mate is ultra understanding to the point of mushing up his alpha status. His hot dialog during the sex scenes makes up for it though. Harmony is a broken record of self-doubt/loathing. Jonas, Harmony's brother, is such a dick.

Another Lora Leigh success! Harmony's Way has action, adventure and romance. With a little bit of suspense mixed in. Good read.
