Mac Canfield was the last man Lily West expected to see again, never mind aim her gun at. This is the first Jaci Burton book I have read. I love a good romance, especially when it includes adventure, and this book definetly included plenty. Talk about very EROTIC & very DESCRIPTIVE love scences. She includes the heroine to be equally as tough as the bad boy, with a realistic throwback story of old high school sweethearts.
I will read her again! Talk about getting fired up! LOL!

This book was not very interesting. Yes, the sex was hot but to me that's all this book was about. The characters were one dimensional & the story line flat. Steamy, erotic sex scenes are great but without a good story they aren't very interesting & a book becomes a bore.

This book fails on many levels. The female lead is not very likable and falls flat. The male lead is not much better. A lot of the story is predictable and the dialog is not the best. The chemistry doesn't flow either. Guess you can tell this book is not on my keeper list.

Cynthia F. (I read Riding On Instinct first - then Riding Wild. Order doesn't seem to a major problem. I really preferred Riding On Instinct, it had a lot more action. Even the sex scenes were a bit slow.
