Perfect for a first or second grader to read by herself or with a parent.

Although Junie B. is a kindergartner, she's sure to make middle graders laugh out loud!

A terrible thing has happened to Junie B Jones....Someone has stolen her mittens. So when she finds a wonderful pen she should be able to keep it right?

AND IT'S CALLED-SOMEONE TOOK HER NEW BLACK FURRY MITTENS! AND THEY KEPT THEM! THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT THEM IN THE LOST AND FOUND AT SCHOOL. SO WHEN JUNIE B. FINDS A WONDERFUL PEN, SHE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO KEEP IT, TOO. RIGHT? THAT'S FAIR. RIGHT? RIGHT?

This book is the nineth in the Junie B. Jones Series. Between all of her mispronunciations, mischievousness, and jumping to conclusions Junie B. Jones is a hilariously energetic and wild kindergartener with a knack for getting in trouble. This book is one my favorites in this series, it is as interesting as Junie B. Jones herself.

Great book for elementary aged children who are starting to read chapter books for the first time. Junie B. Jones books are so funny--funny enough that I actually enjoyed hearing my daughter read this out loud to me. We read the whole series together and could not wait to hear what Junie would get into next. They kind of remind me of the Ramona series that we read back when I was a child. Great for a 1st-3rd grader.
