This is the third book in the Solomon/Lord series - first I've read, but I certainly plan on reading the first two asap.

Exquisitely funny. Another in a great series.
This is the 3rd book in the Solomon vs Lord series. It is a legal thriller with lots of laugh out loud humor, with just a hit of romance. The 2 main characters, Solomon and Lord are as opposite as you can get, like oil and water. If you are looking for a book with some twists and turn, and don't care if sosmeone hears you laugh out loud, give this series a try. You will also love the secondary characters. I'm looking forward to more in this series.
I just finished this book. I enjoyed it and plan to get the other two in the series to read sometime soon.
This was a great book! I foud this book very hard to put down. It had its own brand of humor that was refreshing. I thought it was very well written and that the characters could almost be real people.
From the book cover, "Paul Levine writes some of the funniest-- and most wickedly accurate-- courthouse dramas you'll ever read.--Carl Hiaasen."
They're the legal world's oddest couple, a shorts-and-sandals beach bum and a Coral Gables blue blood. When a 300 pound marlin, stuck in his front door, Steve Solomon must figure out who's making the bizarre threats and why. A killer on the loose and legal disaster looming in his life, his law partner about to leave him, what to do, what to do?
A third installment in the Solomon-Lord partnership/relationship. This is a good series and according to the blurb, more are on the way.
I love this series! Snappy dialogue, characters I care about, and a good story. Much funnier than the Plum books, imho.

I love this series, I do enjoy the off & on romance with Steve Solomon & Victoria Lord, keeps you guessing, then his sister Janis is out of jail and wants her son Bobby back. The story is a good action mystery not much time spent in courtroom which I missed.
