This is about time travel. A paleontologist is offered a job as a tour guide and the right to study prehistoric specimens in the natural habitat. The only problem is they go back days before the K-T event , which wiped out the dinos. I loved this book actually read it twice. If you like time travel books, this is a must read.

The chapters of the flight across the ancient Earth is extremely well done. I had a very hard time putting the novel down until I had read about the problems and solutions of the three ancient travellers.

One of many of this kind of science-fiction. Not the best; somewhat predictable. But, the action is good and the ending adequate.

Fasten your seatbelts and remain seated. We4're about to land at the beginning of time. Paleontology student Rick Clements has been offered a chance to study prehistoric specimens in their natural habitat - not genetically engineered, not state-of-the-art computer generated. They're real. The most startling breakthrough in science is ready. It's a time-warp machine that offers the ultimate travel experience for a privileged few-a return to the Cretaceous period when dinosaurs ruled the earth.
