Book Description:
From the author of the New York Times multi-million-copy bestselling SIMPLE ABUNDANCE comes a provocative and powerful follow-up to the book that has become a life "bible" for women around the world.

No matter how spectacular their lives may be, women today are plagued by the nagging feeling that there must be something more to happiness. And they're right. In this insightful and eloquent book, Sarah Ban Breathnach explores the nine stages necessary to living authentically: Sensing, Surviving, Settling, Stumbling, Selling Out, Starting Over, Searching, Striving, and finally, SOMETHING MORE. Through storytelling and interpretations, she leads women on a path to becoming "Archaeologists of Themselves" and helps them discover that that "something more" was deep within them all along. By providing women with this knowledge, she offers readers a way to profoundly change their lives - forever.

This book is a terrific eye-opener to the ways that we all yearn for something more than life seems to give us. I found this book helpful in identifying ways to make my life richer - authentically richer.

I only got part way through, but the author at times if confusing and a little too flighty for me. I couldn't get into it.

Sarah Ban Breathnach's book on uncovering your authentic self, especially after life altering changes: change in marital status, loss of loved ones, relocation, etc. Good, insightful ideas.
