TWILIGHT WHISPERS is my first mainstream novel. At the time I wrote it--1987--I wanted to push myself as a writer. The result was a book that was longer and more complex than anything I had written before.
Here is the story of three families: the rich and powerful Warrens and the Whytes--and the not-so-rich Morells, including Cassie Morell, the Warrens' loyal housekeeper, and her daughter, Katia, who adores the Warren and Whyte children. The story opens with the murder of two Warren and Whyte scions and soon delves into secrets and scandals aplenty. I hope you will come to love two special characters whose futures are irrevocably linked: the humbly born Katia Morell, and the wealthy Jordan Whyte.
Part family saga, part murder mystery, and part love story, TWILIGHT WHISPERS enthralls me just as strongly as it did when it was first published. It stands the test of time. I highly recommend it!

Took me a little longer to read than some books but at the end I couldn't put it down.
This is a little different from most of her books. It is part family saga, part murder mystery, and part love story. Good.
This is a good book. It great story about families, with all the trials and errors that all families have. I think that you will enjoy this book.
